THE INSTITUTE |

The International Institute for Politics and Society (IIPG)
arose from the Kerstin Plehwe Media & Consulting GmbH,
which was founded in Hamburg in 2005. The independent
and non-party institute enables international exchange,
organizes several events, looks after changing
operational sequences and promotes actors, who create
social value.
The customers of IIPG are executives from business,
politics and from NGO-organizations. |

We see ourselves as competent and independent
transmitter and companion for organizations and actors,
looking for short-, medium- and long-term success in
times of social change.
Our aim is to strenghten executives and their
organizations. For this purpose we act as an interface
between politics and society, combining knowledge from
various fields, think and formulate things and ideas and
strengthen decision makers in organizations by providing
access to knowledge, new leadership and personalized
reflection.
We assist our clients in modification and perceptual
processes, develop individual communication and
leadership strategies and render possible exchange of
experiences in a line of business.
We are open-minded for partnerships which have the goal
to strengthen the social change.

Our goal is to help social and
political actors to become successful and to secure
their long term success…and to meet the ever increasing
demands from customers, donors and members.
To counteract the loss of confidence and social changes,
it takes more than innovation or a responsible and
inspiring management. It takes more than motivated
employees, progressive and efficient communication
processes. It requires new dialogue skills, new cross-sectoral
alliances and a new understanding of leadership.
We believe that the key to success is in any
organization that has the courage to implement necessary
changes consistently, concerning respect, dialogue
skills, responsibility and inspiration.
We strengthen and support actors who believe in change
through seminars, coaching, studies, workshops,
publications and the design and monitoring of relevant,
high-impact projects. Non-profit organizations use our
services at special rates.
